In response to the invitation of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) Liaison Office to the AU and ECA, H.E. Mr. Saad Mubark Al-Naimi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, attended a Humanitarian Stakeholders' Briefing Session on the situation of Sudanese women. The session aimed to create a better understanding of the challenges faced by Sudanese women and their role in peace and humanitarian interventions.
