Upon the invitation of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt, H.E. Mr. Saad Mubarak Al-Naimi_ Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the FDR of and Permanent Representative to the AU, actively participated in the second dialogue session regarding the countering the financing of terrorism in Africa. The session was held at the AU headquarters, on the margins of the Specialized Technical Committee on Defense, Safety and Security.
