H.E.  Mr. Saad Mubark Al-Naimi_ Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the FDR and Permanent Representative to the AU, participated in a ceremony held on the occasion of the United Nations Russian Language Day at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa Conference Center.
