H.E the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the FDRE and the Permanent Representative to the AU, received a courtesy visit in his office from H.E. Mr. Abdi Mahamoud Eybe - Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to the FDRE. They reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, and discussed issues of mutual interest related to the African Union.

Ambassador Birtukan Ayano, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the FDRE, received in her office at the Ministry’s headquarters H.E. the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the FDRE. During the meeting, ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed.

H.E. the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union, accompanied by the Second Secretary of the embassy, participated in the closing session of consultations meeting held between Sudanese civil and political actors, the African Union and the IGAD organization through the High-Level Committee aimed at holding a political dialogue between the Sudanese parties.
